Nokia 6610 - Cable does not give Local Mode

Hello all,

I have a Nokia 6610 that when connected to the cable with my Prodigy box does not give Local Mode. Instead, when pressing the power button the display and buttons will light up briefly and then turn off. The phone has gone into local mode and worked with the software once, but not again. My friends phone works fine - it goes into local mode every time.

My phone works great otherwise. Does anyone have a clue why my phone just flashes on and off instead of giving local mode?

Check the resistor in the dummy battery is a 4.7K ohms and not a 47k ohm one it can cause certain phone to not work properly.
