Hi rustyarchs,

You didn't mention the model of your phone. Unlocking using passwords only works on DCT4 types of phone. You can refer to one of the threads is this forum what models are under this category.

Did you enter the code correctly? You dont need to press the call button. Just enter the code as is. You should be getting only two messages. "Restriction Off" if the password is correct or "Code Error" if wrong. Anyway, try this codes too but use the 2nd one first.
