well I got from forum.i-phone.org

but it been removed now to make way for the 3100, 3300 and N-Gage files.

Ok heres the deal

I am on a dial connection and I live far from the exchange so my normal speed is 37.2 Kpbs

so uploading is not really an option.

But now the file has been placed on an FTP server the address is

microstargsm.myftp.org

but to use the FTP server you have to apply for membership

1st you must regsister on forum.i-phone.org
2nd you must have 20 posts
3rd e-mail mircostargsm giving your forum username and the password you want for the FTP server.

All the files are there including 3310/NHM-5 6.13

I've E-mailed to MicrostarGSM but he must have something against me because he even didn't answer my request for login to his FTP. :(
I have of course more than 40 postings, this can't be the problem...


Other thing:

Did anyone heard something about v4.13 for 3650?
This version will be flashed now in official Nokia Service Centres, but I've never seen this version even mentioned anywhere.

Perhaps you?

No from what I can tell the 4.13 is for the 3660 and not for the 3650.

This version will be flashed in new 3650 phones in Hungary now, in official Service Centres.
So I think both 3650 and 3660 phones will have a common firmware like 3310-15.

There are only so little differences between these models that I think Nokia won't write totally new FW for 3660...

My successful Nokia 3650 smart phone firmware upgrade in Manila - Philippines

here a BRIEF review.

.... after months of searching, travelling totally approximately 1000 km across the country from La Union to Baguio city, to Visayas,
Angeles City, Virra Mall in San Juan - Greenhills, Shopsville and various other parts of Manila ..... making phone calls, SMS and email to various "reputable" large stores and "service centers" having large web sites - without finding a really CURRENT version of firmware

.... after searching the web for update sources and repair centers in the Philippines for my Nokia 3650 smart phone -
an earlier partial upgrade to firmware version 2.41 was done in San Fernando La Union - in a small store inside the old old market and was leading to a partial improvement

:-)

finally on October 14th i was lucky enough to find in Manila a small ( may be 2 x 3,5 meter ) quality repair store for cell phones to make my upgrade to the newest version 3.16.


and i have now successfulle upgraded to firmware version 3.16 !!!

Believe me, v3.16 is NOT the latest anymore.

I have since yesterday v4.13 on my 3650, flashed by official Service Center.
I have the flash files too, but I was NOT succeed to flash those using Griffin or Prodigy!
After flashing always 4x Blink problem, but repairable by flashing back to earlier version.

Miracle :)

Thats a big number jump

any ideas on what has changed?

I guess soon it will be working on the Griffin et al.

I hope Nokia made BT connection more stable.

The only thing I see that display light switches faded off, that's cool.
And v3.16 bug (Ringtone editor gives System error) was removed.
