Hello everyone.
I know this has been posted before but it went round in circles and I could not find anything.
I recently bought a Panasonic GD87e off ebay.
IT WAS BLACKLISTED.
Is there a way to change the EMEI number if I do not have a replacment (EMEI)?
What tools do I use and where do i get them?
Would be looking for FREE ones. ;)
I have the data cable.
Or is there a website that can do it
Thanks in advance
Look forward to your replys
Sorry for posting same topic again.

Ah locked the networks. does the phone give any errors when you turn it on or when it says searching for network. Does it even get passed the SIM recognition?
If its the network I can send you an unlocker

OK and have you used a network Unblocker?
If they do not recognise the phone you might need to downgrade your firmware.
Who did you use to get the logs and how long it take?

Hello guys,
I know this subject is a bit sensative but can anyone actually answer the original question. The reason i ask is because there are people like myself who have bought a phone in good faith(boot fair in my case) only to find its not usable and the thought of just throwing the phone away doesn't really appeal to me as it cost me £80.
Please help!
