View Full Version : Downloading software on 3650 using data cable

Hi All,

I recently purchased a data cable from an Ebay user for my Nokia 3650, but I cannot seem to upload/download any data to and from it.

I've tried using the MobiMB Mobile Media Browser but although it shows the connection from the phone/cable/mobile, I cannot see any of the phone's properties in the necessary browser.

Can anyone advise me of where I can get some free software that will enable me to 'open' up my phone and enable me to download/upload to/from my PC? Or let me know if I am doing something wrong?

Many thanks

A.

That would that the 3650 IS NOT SUPPORTED by Mobile Media Browser.

Basically the cable you have got is useless for uploading stuff. get rid of it and buy a MMC card reader/writer or an IR/BT link for the phone.

I have more or less resigned myself to that course of action. You've just made me come to that conclusion a little bit quicker! Thanks for your help.

No problem I would recommend a MMC card reader writer.
