How to install Zipman 1.4 ???

Ok, I have found files titled Zipman 1.4.zip in some yahoo groups, and I want to install this program to use GoBoy with. Umm, the zip doesnt have anything to extract so WindowsXP unzipper says(dont have winzip on yet). Do I need to install the Zipman 1.4 from wildpalms and then ????

How do I install this thing.
