when converting vids with helix is there anyway on upping the volume cos with music vids the volume is crap sometimes so just thought id ask one of you lot cos you lot are good at answerin our questions

Yes there is, go to setttings and click "show audio gain control", you'll see a volume adjust bar, raise the level to +6 or +12 depending on how loud you want it to be. Hope this helps.
