Bloody good point, i had to get dust removed from my screen at the service centre 4 times in less than a year! I am cleaning my 3650 screen all the time, lets hope the 6600 has a decent seal on it.

I use an ultra thin plastic cover with a zipper and it works like a beauty.
Not long lasting at all...but its thin and it works!
If it tears or anything....i can always replace...cuz tis so damn cheap.

yeah same here.. it's been slightly more than a year since i've had my 7650 n i've sent it in for dust romal about 4 times. M gonna wait for the reviews to come out n the 1st wave of 6600 users to have their say then i'll decide abt whether i wanna buy it or nt..
I remember posting something about dust on my cell a long time ago on this forum n some1 wildy suggested me to use a vacumn cleaner... lol.

You are sooo right!
The last thing i would ever do is putting my 6600 in a faggy bag!
(no offense)
If u want to know what my previous 7650 and i have been going trough , here's a little list:
- I usually fell asleep with it, and woke up with a 7650 stuck to my head!
- Got hit by a car when i sat on the back of a scooter
- Took a dive with it
- Tossed it in the air for 10 mins , and dropped it at last trow!
- Went to wintersport with it (the usual crashing and falling)
- Dropped it from an attraction while trying to make a killer vid.
- A little kid once chewed on it
- fell from my Girl's balcony
- Sat on it (823746528357 times)
- Got buried when helping my neighbour in his backyard!
- Pulled C-Stick rubber off when i was tired of losing grip when i used it while eating greasy stuff (Even worse, a little white stick appears and start to hurt your finger after a while!)
I had three 7650s so far and it only costs my 25Euro+insurance costs per new one.
Now i'm getting a 6600, it will be released 19th November here, same day as i'm recieving my package with my 6600 included!

I have my 6600 now about a week and didnīt care about keeping it from dust (in my job there is allways dust) and the display is clean as new!
Think the cover of 6600 is much better than 7650!

I wud do da same...wash n clean every now n then but guess wot?
When I had to take my N650 to NSC for repairs(under warranty), they blamed it on WATER LOGGING due to all da cleaning I was doin.
So be careful wid all da liquid around ur 3650! :p

To begin wid da N3650 is kinda bulky n if u put it in a bag, dats gay!
Maybe u guys can give Da ultra thin plastic sheet I'm usin a $hot.
Its not a cover, just a thin lamination over ur N3650. Almost un-noticeable but still does da job!

I use a similar plastic pouch (temporary sealing) for my 7650, as YesKia said. It works well for me.

Its da best machtoners. My 1st one lasted for 3 months, which is not bad at all since they cost peanuts.
Da other day I got myself a new 1, plus 2 more spare....just in-case :p

Bought a 6600 yesterday. This morning I left it on a sofa (must have been dusty) next thing I know I've got some dust under the screen of my 6600... This is not a good start! I realized it's not wise to lay this phone on any dusty surface...

I'm more concerned with the camera lens cover on the rear of the phone geting a nasty scratch and distorting the images I take with it.
I think a plastic see through case or this laminate stuff sounds a good idea.

And da cam lens is 1st to be affected since its @da back side.
It is replaceable but at a cost and has to be done @NSC.
Im usin da plastic lamination mainly for dis purpose - to protect da lens but it keeps da dust out just da same!

ok, not to many positiv reactions :s this really scares me, you pay 515EUR for a nice mobile and then there's dust en scratches on the lens... That aint so nice... And I hate to put a protection bag around any mobile.... DAMN, now i dont know wich mobile to choose... i want one with extendable memory, camera, 65k+ screen and if it's possible symbian operating system.... wich one would you advice to me?

You'll never find a phone that won't scratch - its practically impossible! You'll just have to be extremely careful where you put it i.e. don't put it in the same pocket as your keys etc.

i can handle the scratches, but not the dust :) unless it aint so hard to open up a N6600 and remove the dust...
just saw it lying in the store, she's a beauty :)
