a friend of me has a 3510i that he found on "I Love Techno" (techno-happening), but the phone is sim-locked by the previous user, he can only recieve messages. How does he has to unlock his phone? thank you very much!!!

Network lock or Securaty code lock ?

what kind of information do you need for that??
if you need imei, how do you get that?

if he "found" the phone and it can only recieve text then it is blocked by the network
