View Full Version : n-gage games on nokia 3650 will never work:/

i have talked with some guyes over at mediaplace and the big diffrence from other s60 phones is the ram 3650 have 2.75 mb ram for use in program n-gage have 12 mb ram so this is sad news for other that have 3650 and other s60 phones! we will never run n-gage games on other phones than n-gage :-?

How did you work out the internal mem on n-gage bieng 12mb.?On my ngage the internal is 4mb same as all s60 phones. :rolleyes:

thats the c drive he was talking about your d drive, can you look how big you d drive is using a filemanager, c=internal memory d=ram

I'll have to check my 3650 thats someone is borrowing so i cant compare at moment

To see the free ram use FExplorer , on the boot up it shows the free ram on the title bar.

myne after boot by only runing FExplorer has 2,5 Mb , if i boot in safe mode has 2,8 Mb

has for the Drives my 3650 has aproximately:

C:3,4 Mb (n gage has a litle bit more)
d:443 Kb
E: 128 Mb MMC (pretec)
Z:17,813 Mb

And that's it.

i dont think d is the ram actually, i have recorded using slauncher the ram being 3.8mb in flight mode, 2.2mb just after boot into normal mode, and wen off with charger in 4.43mb with the bar only just over half way

simple use that freeware memory monitor from my-symbian.com and then you will see the ram i have even a screenshot to prove that it is 12 mb ram but where can i upload screenshot here?

how can you get 4093 mb on c drive if i have format my phone with nothing installed on the c drive i only have 3,5 mb free :-o ?

A friend of mine told me that is possible to play N-Gage games on 3650 opening them with Nokia SDK and then resaving for 3650...
Can anyone try it?
he is playing sonic with his 3650!

why don't you ask your friend to post the game somewhere that could be available for the ppl using 3650 ?
Have you ever seen it with your eyes ?
