Some simple tools (Mbus command set)

Hi there seems to be alot of confusion about mbus commands.

Therefor i've decidet to post a portmonitor and
a "Base + ASCII <-> HEX" converter

With theese simple tools and previus posts, it should be "easy" to figure out mbus commands

I just threw the base calc/converter together so i'm sure there's loads of bugs ;)

Known bugs: Don't try to convert ASCII to ASCII and HEX to HEX

I've been getting some PM's on how to use the base calc.

Eg.
If you want to convert decimal to Hex: input base 10 output base 16
If you whant to convert binary to octogonal input base 2 out put base 16
Get the picture ?

The base calc supports from base 1 up to base 36.
