How much ram does the N-Gage have? [Archive] - Nokia Flash Reverse Electronic Engineering

I thought it only had 4 megs of ram or around that much. Yet, it could emulate Donkey Kong Country, Rayman and Tomb Raider GBC roms. All of which were 4 megs once unpacked. I thought the roms used ram?

I'm probably missing something simple, but I'm just wondering about that.

i have told it in another thread=P but i can say it here too the n-gage have 12 mb 8-)

I'm slow..and well it was like 7 AM (after a sleepless night) when I posted that.

I was looking at it in the file browser and under RAM is has 4 MB, but it has 2 other kinds of memory, not counting the MMC Card. I won't claim to fully understand those so I'll take your word for it. So... hmm... either way that could give it much greater emulator capabilities right? May be a NES emulator in the future?
