Send the files to your mmc then open them on the phone using a file manager. If you don't already have a file manager on your phone use the mmc install app that is on my yahoo group.
Ok! i got the "MMCcardreaderinstallapp.app", now what do i do with it? sorry but i'm really new at this.

Isn't the whole point of the mmc install app that you don't need a file explorer, if you already had one it would make the app useless?
Just send the mmc install app to your mmc along with a file explorer .sis file. It should install, after that use the file exporer to open any other files you send.
I copied the MMCcardreaderinstallapp.app file and the fexplorer.sis file to the mmc then i put the mmc back to the phone and powered it on but still no good. Could you explain it to me step by step? thanks

Here's part of the guide from johnnyspliffs yahoo group, if you have any other problems try reading the whole guide
First download the file called
"MMCInstallapp.app"
found Under files in the applications folder.
Using your mmc card reader, place this file in the
"system" > "apps" folder.
Then create a folder in the root directory called
"Pre-Loaded"
and a sub folder called
"SYMBIAN".
I'm not sure if case is important, and leave out the "".
Place the file manager program installation file
in the "SYMBIAN" directory. When you turn on your phone,
the installation should automatically start.
IF not, there may be something you have to activate in the menu.
I have been informed this works, but have never needed to try it.
Some of gotten it to work, some havn't.
From then on, whenever you want to install a program,
Copy the installation file(s) to any folder you want on the mmc card
(I usually copy them to the "other" folder, for sheer simplicity.)
When the file(s) are on your mmc card, then use your file manager
to browse to the file and launch it. The file will be installed
on your phone.
Once it is installed, don't forget to delete
the installation file (or it will be using up memory aswell).
Thanks man! but it still didnt work. even tried the rename the fexplorer.sis to fexplorer.jpg trick in his guide still didnt work.

You have to have a file manager installed i guess..
So get somebody to send it over the air or through bluetooth or something..
After which you can transfer the sis files to your c:\system\apps\appinst folder..
If it works let me know..
Cheers
ok here are some simple instructions as it really is very simple but you do need a file explorer:
1 pass .sis file to your mms using the reader
2 open file explore, I use seleq, the E: drive represents the mmc so ope the edrive and scroll to the bottom, there you will see the .sis file that you have passed to the mmc
3 click on the file..open the file and it will install automatically

Ok, heres another way.
Go to www.tagtag.com and set up a free wap page (it's pretty easy). Upload fexplorer to your wap site then download it through wap to your phone. All other apps can be installed from the mmc using fexplorer.
Or
you could set up e-mail on your phone (search the forum for instructions, it's been discussed loads of times) and e-mail the app to yourself.

...or have someone send you the already installed files (in its folder) of the file manager (doesn't matter which one) that is located in the "system" folder on the other person's MMC or phone.
