3310 can received or calling in 1 minute

Hi, what a solution for this problem if my 3310 only calling / received a phone in 1 minute. But no problem with a message and it can standby normally.
Where can i got a eeprom tools? thx

For Eeprom tools use google or the search tool...for Your problem I hope its not a hardware but ostly in this cases its PA broblem...but run a test with Eeprom tools and bus cable to get a point to start....
