Slauncher.. love it and hate it

Ok, I really like Slaunchers task switcher, but thats all I like about it, I really don't like the skins (they all look too busy) not to mention it uses too much ram. Is there any way I can keep the Slauncher task switcher and ditch the menus and skins?

i had that to but don't think it's possible but i tryed the windows xp skin from soem yahoo group and that one is really good it's not to busy and it's even better than ther original skin
