Because i couldn't receive mms (although i have the service enabled - i was receinig the message : App. closed), i decided to format my n3650 using the code *#7370#.
Everything was OK untill i restarted the phone and then the BOMB: EVERY APPLICATION I WAS TRYING TO OPEN (even when i press the menu key) SHOWS THE MESSAGE "SYSTEM ERROR".
OK. I formated again but the same results.
WHAT CAN I DO?
NOTE: I NEVER HAVE INSTALLED WILD SKINS
WHEN I START IN SAFE MODE IS WORKING, but i want to start my phone normally.
AGAIN, WHAT CAN I DO?
