Are Battries BL-4C & BL-5C compatable ?

Hi there ,
Any body knows if the BL-4C can be replaced with BL-5C on the nokia 5100 & 6100 phones ?
i,m asking this to get more standby time cause BL-4C is (720mAh) & BL-5C is (850mAh) .

They look the Same size & shape , but i,m not sure if BL-5C can fit into the 5100 .

PS : on Nokia Site they say that :
BL-4C for Nokia 5100, Nokia 6100
BL-5C for Nokia N-Gage, Nokia 1100, Nokia 2300, Nokia 3100, Nokia
3650, Nokia 6600

I tried the BL-5C in my 6100 and it fit in and turned on, but I couldn't get the back cover on, its a fraction too thick. wouldn't be that hard for someone to make a cover that will fit a fatter battery though

any how if BL-5C is thicker than 4C i think that 5100 have about 1mm space under the cover & it may fit .

i know that 6100 is very compact & there is no space for anything more under the cover .

Please tell me how much did u pay for BL-5C ?

you can get a bl5 lithium polymer replica with premium cells ( sony ) at german ebay for about 15 €, add 10€ for original lithium ion

I actually won an ngage so i just tried the battery from that phone (Incidentally the BL-4C battery works just fine in the ngage if you want even shorter battery life!) BL-5C is a little thicker then the 4

My bro has a 5100 and i got a 3650. Ill try switchin tha batterys later on wen he gets home and ill tell ya how i went.

ok ok sorry for the late reply Botros, the bl-4c fits and works perfect with my 3650, and the Bl-5c fits and works perfect with the 5100. Its about 1mm thicker but doesnt affect the cover or nething when you put it back in. Ive attached some evidence for ya ;) although the pics are pretty unclear.
