@syndrome:

i don't believe there are any language packs other than A and B for the 3390. :sad:

i've actually tried using a 3310 language pack with the 3390. you will get jumbled text as the TEXT-IDs for both phones are different. :-P

if you ever do find a chinese language pack, please let me know. :)

i simply used a 3390 MCU with a 3310 PPM.

you could also use PPM Manager to transfer the FONT and TEXT chunks between the flashes. however, you'll get jumbled text unless you modify the TEXT-IDs.

personally, i think there are too many TEXT-IDs to modify all of them. The structure of the 3390 and 3310 TEXT chunks are quite different.

just use RolisFlasher. the PPM starts at 0x140000, but i recommend you make a FULL backup! ;)

always make a full backup of your phone before flashing it.
