The E: is your MMC. There are two ways of uploading files on it :

1. With the Nokia PC Suite
2. With a CardReader device

To put Ringtones on you MMC , use as it was said the Nokia Datasuit or the MMC card reader , all you have to do is place your ring tone on the sounds/digital on your MMC , you can use MIdi files and Wav Files.

Also change your recorder settings so that it saves to mmc
