need help!

When i start my phone it says app closed startup, then i cant get into my menu or anything else and i cant connect to my computer can someone help is there a way to reset the phone or something

well... not sure it works, try tis;
switch on the fone, when nokia appears, hold the abc button. den press *#7370# to format.

if it doesnt work after a few tries, u can get it flashed at nokia care for free if its under warr.

Also remove your mmc card and then try the above.. That should ideally get your phone workin like new.. Format your mmc card using a card reader (which should be available at any Photostudio nowadays) and then you should be okay..

Hold down your pencil key while starting up the phone. Once it starts up go to memory card options and choose format card.
