Finally I got a data cable for my Nokia 6610 and read the info using B-Phreaks bWinlock V 1.0.6

Everything works except the GPRS, I can't edit or save any new settings, they appear to be locked by T-Mobile (where the phone originated, I have no idea, I assume the USA). Anyway, the info is as follows:

Version : V 4.74 14-04-03 NHL-4 (c) NMP.
Imei: 350894309472910
MCC+MNC: 001-01

Can someone please tell me the code to unlock the GPRS so I can change the settings, Thanks.

001-01 as the mcc+mnc means that the phone is not locked.

the GPRS setting has nothing to do with unlock codes. unlock codes will let you use any simcard, and not only simcards of your provider.

if you can't change the gprs settings you may ask your provider to send you a configuration sms. you have to open that sms, and save it, and it will update the gprs settings.

p.s.
what is displayed when ou try to access these settings?

I have tried to get the provider to send new GPRS settings but it says

"Settings memory full"
"All settings are locked. Discard settings?"

There is no function for me to get to the GPRS edit menu either. I don't know where the phone originated from (as i said, i assume USA). The only give away(s) is a T-mobile logo when i turn the phone on, and that the only GPRS setting is T-zones. It dials a number in the USA +1 - 913 - 2440821, which if my info is correct, is somewhere in Kansas. Since I'm in malaysia, this really isn't of much use to me and i can't use all the good stuff
