is 5210 really a DCT3?

ive edited lots of flashes with success but this one nah!
can anyone tell me is 5210 flash encrypted or what.
if anyone tried to edit a 5210 flash with success and tell me how to maybe i can return the favor.

I have just unlocked one by Eeprom Tool 3.1 so it should be DCT3. I have never flashed it.

its 100% DCT-3.
i flashed it with roils 4.78b6 and then update faid & unlock it with eeprom tool 3.01

what i mean guys is have you edit it before flashing like ppm manager text chunk, nokhex graphics.
the plain unedited workz well but have u try editing
