Hello my 7650 is dead , the system error message apears in the display, i can't type *#7370* , my keyboard is dead too .

well, reboot ur fone, when the nokia word comes up, press and hold the abc button. u shld be able to format ur fone after tt.

if tt fails, u might haf to bring it down to nokia for a firmware update.

Well...what was the last thing you did/app you installed, before it died?

well, bring it down to nokia and flash the fone. takes an hour or 2, and its free if its under warr. rem to back up ur fone thou, they will format the fone.

i don't remember the last aplication instaled in the phone, the big problem is the keyboard... dead too

Have you tried just banging it on the floor? I used to do that with my (I'm ashamed to say it) Alcatel OT 701.

:D i used to have a 5110 and the screen didn't work properly. i used to kick it accross the room and it started to work again :lol: i have a nokia 5510 right now and i've just ordered a 3650 in yesterday!

You probably already tackled tis prob, but to annyone who encounters it, your keyboard only SEEMS dead. It isn't, you can still put in your PIN.
When entered, you can 'OK' the error message, then you can (have to) format your phone.
