This is wat happened, my 3650 kept on hanging on me so i got pissed and did the *#7370# command, after i pressed ok, i thought it would take awhile to format the phone. But it was taking so much time and i think it hang while formatting so i removed the battery, now everytime i switch on the phone after showing the Nokia sign it hangs. What shall i do now? is there any solution to this problem? Any advice would be great thanks!

The big problem that has occured in your case, is that you've provoked a sudden " stop " of the restoring process. Therefore, it's not so good for the phone. So, you have to know that *#7370# as a function takes plenty of time and you have to wait until the whole process is finished. Moreover, all of you contacts, apps that you've installed, etc., are lost.
Nevertheless, I would suggest you to try flash the cellular; otherwise go to the service centre and hope that they can help you. Good luck.

u'd better bring it down to nokia and let them flash for u. u shld haf changed the firmware when ur fone kept hanging. formatting the fone wun make it hang less.

best option...go to NSC asap! If its under warranty ask for a replacement. DO NOT try to flash at ur local/nearby cell fone dealer/repair guy.

hehe.-.you are not the only one that the nokia hangs it`s a firmware problem from 2.00 to 2.55 hope you get firmware version 3.16 that have take away the most of the problem on the 3650

Well would u know where i can change my firmware? Do they do that in a Service Center?

well, u haf to flash it at nokia care, u haf nokia service centres in ur country? get it done there.

if ur fone is under warr, u can do it for free at nokia service centres.
