I've used psiloc software to format my 3650 and when is starts, it starts fine, I insert my pin code, but i cant acess the menu or anything else. How can i put a new operating system?

run th phone
simply type *#7370# and then the security code (12345 if u have never changed it)

do the format with full battery charge and wait until date/hour appears


and...don't use psiloc software ^_^
