Yes should try "Read All Codes" first
if it won't read use "rebuild SP from OTP imei"

I'm sure I did 2 of them yesterday.
Have you got an original dongle?

hello,

do you need to change the chip inside Sony Ericsson phones before changing the IMEI number so that you can unbarr handsets??

Handset are blacklisted or barred for very good reasons!

i.e. They have been lost or stolen from there right full owner.

Changing or tampering with the IMEI of a mobile phone is Illegal!
