Changing Language for Nokia 6100

I am quite a newbie at this but, yes, I have read the FAQ and I after reading I assume I need to get some type of Dejan box to do it. Mind you I only need to do this once, so I think the cost of a Dejan box is a bit steep. Are there schematics for one online? Is there a simpler and cheaper way to do it?

Heres what I want to do
Language English >>>Norwegian.

I realize I must also download the FULL flash file for the Norwegian version of this phone.

I would appreciate any advice, tips, comments, and such on this topic.

if you have t odo it just once.. better find someone in your neighboorhood that can do it for you..
else you are going to have to buy box from at least 150 euros.
