help unlock myx5m

I have problems with my Sagem MYX-5M
i can't reach the ''hot menu''
Have tryed all digits in last two places of the command one should type in to get the hot menu, and nothing happends...
And because i cant see the hot menu, i can't fint the fields(codes) to calculate the unlock code.
Could someone help me ?
Where is a catch ?
if it is important, i have tryed to get hotmenu without sim card inserted, and my
