I did post on your other thread but you may not have read it.I formated my mmc card whilst the gage was hooked up to the pc (win xp).I formatted with it through windows .After this my pc would not see the gage even though the gage worked fine and showed the usb icon.
I reformatted it in the gage but still no go.I then put another mmc in and the gage was once again seen by the pc.
It would seem that once an mmc is formatted by windows you loose connectivity somehow and reformatting it in the gage doesnt help.Try another preformatted mmc in the gage and see what happens and only reformat using the gage never the pc.
Its possible that before you got your gage your mmc was formatted in this way somehow?
I now use that mmc in a card reader and its fine but it still wont be seen through the usb connection, very strange stuff.

Yeh its very annoying and i had to go and buy an mmc reader/writer so i could use the 128mb mmc again.I would be interested in finding out if anyone else has the same problem.
P.s i also tried formatting an old nokia 16mb mmc i had laying around that previously worked with the usb gage connection just to check it wasnt the 128mb card. After i formatted using fat under Xp the same thing happened ie invisible N-gage gggrrr.
