Can i fit a whole movie on to a 64MB mem card(n-gage) without it being in .3gp format? ive seen a mate with 2 movies on his 128MB card on his 3650

You can! Since the final movie size doesn't go beyond 60mb...

just converted a small file and its telling me the file is too large at 218kb???

Screen size shouldn't be bigger then 172x(xxx)... I use Helix Producer, resolution is set to auto. Also bitrate shouldn't be more then 70/75kbps (70kbps is perfect)

got sound, but no video for about 1 1/2 minutes, then i get some pictures, a little bit of slow animation, some pictures etc etc, i dont understand why this is happenin
