Downgrade 6310i

Hi guys,
Can someone help with downgrade 6310i from 5.51 to 5.50

My provider changed the handset and gave me new one with 5.51 instead of the 5.50
The problem is that they took of the 4-3-8 menu function that enables the use of two active lines on the same phone.
I have no experience with changing versions…
Can someone help!!!

I think this is nothing to do with the version.

Instead, you can use Griffin or even Logomanager to active this Line 1 and Line 2 menu.

If you don't have Griffin, try to search the exact command (something like Ctrl + Alt + C, not sure!) of Logomanager.

Yes you are right, it has nothing to do with the soft version – I just don’t have this menu in the new handset – you mentioned codes in Logo Manager – I have the soft but have no idea how and where to enter code
Can you tell more?

Yes, as long as I can remember, Logomanager can activate this menu. But I can't remmber what exactly is the code. It is not even written in the help manual of Logomanager. But I am sure there is a function for this Line 1 and Line 2 job.

There is no menu for it in Logomanager. You just press 3 keys (someting like Ctrl + Alt + A) and will activate the line 1 and line 2 function.
