Emergency number programming for nokia?

Hi.
How to programm energency number for nokia 3310 and 5110?
Becuase here I saw one c25 can call handphone without sim card.
Then can talk. It seems our provider has such hole for free call.
Is there anyone can help me?

There is no such hole, the emergiency call feature can really only be used for emegency calls. (you'll always get 112 or 911)
In some countries you can be fined or even go to jail for doing emegency calls when there is no emegency, so watch out!

112 or 911 is an emergency number and when used on a phone without SIM, the phone connects to the nearest available network around your vicinity and transfers your call to the emergency assistance center. It doesn't care which network your will be connected as long as it connects into it during a 112 or 911 call.

When a SIM is present, the phone connects you to that SIM's provider and the network redirects your call to the emergency assistance center. It doesn't care if your SIM is blocked, no load balance or whatever. As long as it can reach the network and can connect you to it.

This is a requirement to all mobile phone manufacturers and providers. This is not a provider hole and you can't "reprogram" your 112 or 911 call to divert it to another number since the answering network itself redirects your call to the assigned emergency assistance center in your area or country.

Dialing 112 or 911 in a non-emergengy situation can be harmful to your health (you could be fined or jailed, or both).
