Hello...any body help me,pls!
is there any clue that i can create 7650 application. How about JAR files?
is there any SDK i can use?

Go to www.nokia.com and follow the links to the developers section. It has a zip file called getting started with java, it should help you. I'm pretty sure there is a sdk there too.
