3210 ToTal Slow Down...

Hi!
I have a 3210 which totaly slowed down! The Clock is always late-> first thought its the Crystal, but the Ringtones slow too!
Might be "cpu"?

Did Yo change the oscilator...go step by step with the hardware...many times the problems are simple...You dont need to start with hard things, risking brake You phone down for good...

Can you give me some more precise details about which oscillator/where to change? Thanks.

This is the element on the back side, top right with two small legs..
