Convert wav to arm

[evilspiritsusa]

Can you tell me name of softwave can convert *.wav to *.arm??

I presume you mean amr. I got a wav to amr converter from the ericsson website ages ago but it sucked bigtime, you'd be far better off reducing the quality of the wavs. Nokia multimedia converter will do that for you.
