.sis files:
Ensure that your phone is connected to your PC via Bluetooth
Double-click the .sis file on your pc
Click next
Select 'MMC' or 'Memory Card at installation location screen on pc
Keep clicking next/yes when required until the end of the installation
Wait a few seconds
Check your menu on your phone
The software should now have appeared in your menu
.jar files:
Ensure that you have your messages saved to your 'Memory Card (MMC)' (Do this by going into 'Messaging>Options>Settings>Other>Memory in use>Change to Memory Card')
Ensure that your phone is connected to your PC via Bluetooth
Ensure that you have the .jar file ready on your pc (i.e. make sure it is not a zip with a jar file within it, it should just be a .jar file which contains many files that make up the components of the game)
Click 'My Bluetooth Places' on PC
Click 'Public Folder' (You may have to click 'Discover My Services' first.)
Accept the request on your phone
Drag the .jar file into the 'Public Folder'
Accept the request on your phone again
Wait for the message alert on your phone
Open the message
Select 'Yes' to installation
Select 'Memory Card' when asked
Wait for installation....
Go to the menu
Select 'Applications'
Open your newly installed application

edit: i tried to do this (n6600) but it doesnt work...
my phone shows the bt connection, but when i dbl click on the sis file it says after a while the phone connection is lost, although the bt on the phone is still on...
also, there's no public folder in the my bluetooth places...
after discovering services, i found got the obex file transfer.. i set the messsage save to mmc, but after i drag the file into the obex file transfer it shows error message "incorrect permissions"
