Chinese OS on Phone?

Hello all.

I have both Nokia 3650 and 6610 from U.S.A and I need to put chinese OS on it... The phone will be used in U.S under AT&T wireless.

Both phones are unlocked, how can I add chinese to it?

You need a flasher like Griffin to flash the Chinese PPM into these phone.
