noob problem with sending through bluetooth (7650)

Hello,
i recently bought a 7650 and now a bluetooth adapter, but as with many people this thing won't connect with Nokia Pc suite, i have an ACER322T bluetooth adapter with IVT Bluesoleil drivers/software and that program can connect to my phone, but it's only usefull to send something from my pc to the phone
when i try to send something from my phone to the pc, it says 'unable to connect' and when i first open a connection between the pc and the phone, it says 'maximum connections already reached' or something like that

so i have no idea what i'm doing wrong, i don't even think i do anything wrong, really tried every possible way :s

so if somebody could help me with this i would be thankfull for evah
so what i need is
a)some program that replaces Nokia pc suite, i found other progs to control the phone but they won't work without the help of pc suite...
b)a working way to send something from my phone to the pc
