How much £££ to flash my phone?

Thinking about getting my phone flashed to new F/W v3.16 from 2.50 (3650).
I don't THINK i'm under warranty as i bought my phone on ebay. How do i find out if i am?

If not, how much will it cost for me to get it flashed without warranty?
What procedures do i need to take before getting it flashed, i.e. remove mmc? etc.?

you should be under warranty, all they will ask is how long have you had the phone, they are unlikely to do that with your 3650 as it has only been out since february
