I hope that you are all fine.

I'm in trouble.

I have deleted the files containd by "install" folder which is located in "communicator\system\install" and now, I would like to remove some software from my device but when I go to "install/remove software" I find nothing to delete.

it sounds that I have made a fatal mistake by deleting those files.

please tell me how to solve this problem.
I would like to remove some software but I can't.

Easy. Don't panic. Using Filemanager which u have been used for deleting install folder.
Look into this below folders. Don't forget to activate the "show system directory" into yes.

1. If u install the apps in the commy :

c:\system\apps\...


2. If u install the apps in the MMC :

d:\system\apps\...
