Can't turn to flight mode

I can't seem to turn my phone to flight mode with the EagleTech 32mb MMC.
My phone is 3650(v3.15), System tools v1.4.2.
Pretty sure it's the card's problem, cuz when I swith back to the bundled 16mb MMC, it works.
Anyone has got the same problem?
Which brand of MMC are you using?

Maybe It's a program installed on your 32mb card that is conflicting with system tools. Someone mentioned Full Screen Caller in another thread. If you have it installed, try disabling it or uninstalling it.

That's weird, cuz I installed FSCaller in memory, not mmc, so when I boot with the original card, FSCaller was still on.
Anyhow I deactivated FSCaller and tried the new card again.
It helps - now the "insert simcard" prompt just appears occationally.

I turned off fullscreen caller ...but still wont work...it stills asks for the sim card and i reeboted a lot of times.
I unistalled all apps that have a process running in memory too, bacause that might be the conflict since they run os start up.
But i still have this 2 processes runing. Anyone knows from what app they are? :

- eAlarm (i think ios psiloc extended alarm...but dont know what app intalls it...i think its system tools)

-CIBAMSVR (that one i dont realy know from what it is)

How can one upgrade formt he demo version of the FScaller
is it a Registration code or new installation.

I m trying to install Netfront but I always get this "Memory Low. Delete some data" error while trying to install the application.

My 3660 is having Firmware 5.08 (04/03/2004) and only 16MB of MMC with existing phone memory.

The system memory is 3125KB in use and 968KB Free.
The MMC memory is 9132KB in use and 6373kb Free.

There is no background application running as I press on the menu button, I do not see anything except the Telephone itself.

Is there a way to increase the onboard memory ?? I've planned to upgrade my MMC to 128MB, will that help ??

I am a newbies and really desperate looking for help.
