flash player (flash lite?)

I have been searching high and low for a flash player for symbian phones..Have been doing lots of reading about how macromedia seem to have released something called flash lite-but that its specifically for the japanese phone market. Can anyone shed any lite on any of this? Anyone ever seen a working version of flash on 3650?Thanks.
