im uploadin a zip file full of games (N-Gage games) dam need 44 mins to upload....

im uploading a software to convert movie to phone format. its called PVAUTHOR. and also look for the file called " nokia 6600 GI ". put the nokia 6600 gi file in teh profiles folder once u have installed the application. this file has the optimal configuration information to convert movies to your phone. once u put the file in the profiles folder double click the icon and start converting, Dont change Encoding settings!! this file already changes the Encoding settings for the movie format.

You should take the ratios off the FTP. Its going to get to the point where all the popular software has been uploaded and people are just going to upload junk files to meet the ratio.

Will the personal accounts have ratios?

Well the ratios will be removed at somepoint im just jusing them to encourge people to upload and get the ftp going once i feel the ftp is large enoth i will remove the ratio.

I would use Helix Producer Plus v9.

Tried it yesterday and it seems quite good.

OK great..

I did a test with helix and converted a Simpsons episode.

220mb before convertion, 11.5mb after.

The helix program is 8mb in size.

I have all the simpsons episodes, all the 24 episodes and a few af the newer movies.

I takes a while to encode a file, about the time it take to play it.

Can someone email me the prog for converting movies to .3gp please? I have lots of stuff. The full final season of Buffy, full season 4 of Angel, the movie Princess Bride. Anime movies Armitage III, Fatal Fury, Ninja Scroll and both parts of Dragon Half.. plus a few Dragonball Z movies. I have lots of Nokia apps and games too. My email doesnt have a size limit so emailing the app will be fine.

I am uploading Operation Takedown as we speak. Its a cool techno-thriller in the same vein as Hackers, but not as cheesy. It was encoded with Helix in RM format and should run good on a 3650.

It should be done in an hour or so. The full filesize is 46.8MB, so dont try to download it till it hits that size.

I dont mind spending a whole day ripping and converting movies..
I just asked for a personal act..

again I have movies on real dvds.. tell/show me how to make them avi mpg divix or whatever they need to be .. and I will start ripping/coverting and uploading as soon as I can
