help with pc suite

its driving me mad can anyone help

i need to connect my pc suite to my nokia 3650 but its stopped woking
The m-router program shows connected to my phone on com4 and all is ok. bUt when i open the damn pc sukte it shows offline disconected.

no matter what i try i cant get the fucker to wrk.
im using a usb bluetooth dongle to connect with my phone.
and ive tried reijstalling the pc suite and the bluetooth software and even my firewall.


any help please i cant installl any of my phones softwre without it

when you re-installed .. did u happen to install the sdk package ... because if you did .. IT WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN! .....i had EXACT same problem ... was working ... wanted to try something else ... re-install .. but installed SDk ... got to reload windows before pc suite work again ...

well, u can still install app and games, juz right click, send to bluetooth, theres no need to use pc suite. my pc suite cocks up alot too, i seldom use it now, unless i wanna convert mp3 to wav.

Hmmm, i had a similiar problem, where the mrouter showed a connection but pc suit didn't recognise it.. What i did was use my infrared at that time which seemed to work for a while then it also started giving the same error.. I jst loaded PC Suit on my other OS and it worked fine..

i had the same problem but i solved it by disabling my software firewall i was jusing zonealarm mrouter picked up the phone but pc suite didnt disabled the firewall every thing worked fine, my new problem is on xp machine everything was working nicely as a modem router (hardware firewall) but all of a sudden mrouter wont detect my phone wen i make a serial connection, happens with both n-gage and 3650 with each of thier suites, any body know whta i may have accidently disabled or deleted??

not sure, but i had 2 pc suites too, and it often hanged. i cant even use usb cable of ngage wif pc suite. (or cant i? anyone can verify?)

oh i forgot to mention i had the problem before i got my n-gage, so iuts not a case of conflict between the two version, i really need to get this working, as i need to back up my 3650 so i can format it, and transfer contacts etc to my n-gage, i also want to sync my phone with outlook

I am having similar problems. I am bluetooth connected with PC Suite on Win2k Pro but I am offline. Tried to reinstall bluetooth software with no luck. Has anyone resolved this issue with any luck?
