guys need cables for cheap flasher

guys need cables for the newst phones:
6100,7250(i),5100...
where 2 get them ,because they are male serial port.
and could the software flash the phones without any problems?

dont think the cheap flasher dose the newer phones look HERE (http://nokiafree.org/forums/showthread.php?p=210374#post210374) also i need the 8310 bit for this
