Managed to find out how to install certain programs/games on my 6600 but there are still some which I am clueless.
For .SIS files, just doubleclick if the link between phone & PC is on.
For .JAR files, use the Application Installer from Nokia.
For .BLZ files, use the blizzard software after loading the .BLZ file in root
However, there are many .zip files without any of the extensions above. They contain only .class, .dat files and other files. How do we install such games/applications if they do not have .SIS, .JAR, .JAD or >BLZ extensions ? Can someone help ? Thanks.

the mani files when unzipped containing class and stuff folders, is actually a jar file, yahoo somehow converts all the jar to zip files. juz rename the file extension from zip to jar and send to ur fone.

Thanks, the type with the .class & meta.inf files works after renaming it to .jar.

There is another type which I cannot figure out. It is a .zip file that contains 2 files game.id and nokia.dat and a folder "system" which has subfolders "apps", "libs" and "programs". Renaming it to .jar or .rar does not work. Is it a different kind of installer required for this type of file ? Can you help. Thanks.

Well, it's quite simple really,

Stick the Nokia.dat and the Game.id file into the root of your MMC (The beginning) and the other directory, If it's system, In your MMC, you'll have a Direectory called System too, if you go to the ZIP file and into the system folder, then Apps, you'll get your game's Directory, copy and paste the Games directory into the system\apps directory on your mmc, If windows asks to replace files, cancel and copy the entire system directory to somewhere on your PC's Hard drive to back it up, then copy the games files onto the mmc again and replace the files. For example, if your game is Puzzle Bobble, this game directory will be PuzzleBobbleVS. This works with me but i'm not sure wether this method will work with all games.
