convert 3gp to avi??

i can easily do avi to 3gp but i can find an app at all to convert 3gp properly to avi, ive got quicktime but the out put file has now sound, what do people use to convert 3gp to avi???

how abt da picture quality when u convert from 3gp/rm to avi? Does it suffer?? How bad is it???

I wud be a nice thing to d/l in 3gp @50 or 60MB and then convert to avi for viewing :p
