i have a 7210 that i need to change the imei on, can anyone help?

doing an IMEI change is ilegal under UK Law and if you are caught
you will be in a big pile of poo.

Who is the poor person you stole that phone off?

However, changing IMEI is as good as impossible. It is stored in a once-programmable chip called UEM, you will need to change that chip with a virgin one, and write the IMEI in it. The equipment to do so cost more than several new phones, so better, give the phone back to it's owner and feel good about it.

the phone was not stolen, it was on contract and i lost it reported it lost, got a replacment and a few weeks later found it again.
