Is anyone else having problems connecting to Agile Messenger?
I push 'connect' and it tries to connect to the master server, but eventually returns saying it couldn't be reached and to check my GPRS settings!? As far as I'm aware my GPRS settings are working fine.
Any suggestions? Its on a Nokia 6600 by the way.

Ive got the same problem but i use an N-gage. I think the network has stoped people from using o2 gprs in some applications.
That snowboarding game that comes with the n-gage wont connect to gprs so i cant regester now.(The games shit i downloaded it of the net and i think its crap!)
hope this helps.

I'm on o2 GPRS and everything works fine!! But you will need to setup another ACCESS POINT on your handset in order to get it to work.
Go to Settings - Connection - Access Points - Options - New Access Point - Use Existing Settings, Then select the o2 GPRS setting, this then creates a new access point.
Now change the connection name to anything you want - eg Agile
Also change the Access Point to - mobile.o2.co.uk
Thats it!! When you use Agile Messenger again use the new access point, sorted!! ;)

chris_flowers, leespud, when u say ur gprs settings are fine, do u mean wap? does ur phone have opera browser installed? can u view web pages like nokiafree.org on opera with that access pt?? if not, that means u lack of the gprs access pt for the internet.
i am not sure if u have done it, but u should have 2 access pts on ur phone if u want to connect to wap and internet. there are 2 types of gprs, one is wap over gprs, the other is internet over gprs. i think wat Kolik78 has done is to create another access pt for the internet, although i think he has lack some infomation on the settings:-P
from my settings, i am on singtel btw, the onli difference between my access pts for the internet and the wap is the access pt name. the wap one is "e-ideas" and the internet one is "internet". maybe o2 gprs works the same way??

Hi Chris I also have Nokia 6600 on Orange and used the old version of Agile Messenger without any problem but today I was prompted to download version 2 and when it installed and I tried it I just went straight back to the icon.without any message at all. Ijust re-installed the old version for the moment, but I would appreciate any advice from anyone out there.
