flashing a 6610

could someone please let me know how to flash a Nokia 6610 as I am new. I do have a cable if needed. Appreciate any help.

Hi Ramjet1

You probably only have a data cable, which connects to a USB port or COM port. What you need to be able to flash is a cable that connects as your battery, and is attached to your LPT port and USB port for power.

Depending where you are you can get the cables at a reasonable price, if you're in Australia/New Zealand go to http://www.circuitcentral.com.au and do a search for flasher cable, or something like that

For a tutorial on how to flash do a search on these forums, they're everywhere
